Born and raised in the beautiful Costa Rica, Meli has been introduced to yoga practice over 13 years ago. She started to love yoga so much that decided to take her E-RYT 200 at Yoga to the People and she is also certified for Kids Yoga with Cosmic Kids Yoga & ChildLight Yoga.
Meli’s yoga classes are fun and challenging, where she can guide the students to follow the asanas at the same time as they connect with their energy. Her classes are taught in a flow Vinyasa style, where the students can modify the asanas if need it. Meli’s favorite yoga practice are Ashtanga, Dharma & Vinyasa.
Akeem Berry is a certified personal trainer based in New York City. He teaches in a dynamic way with an awareness of his clients' goals and needs. After going through a physical transformation during his college years, Akeem made optimal health and fitness the ultimate lifestyle choice, and started living the better way. With over 6+ years of experience, he has helped many change their own lives and bodies through positive energy and proactive behaviors. One-on-one training includes a fitness test, benchmarks, daily workouts and sequences, and support with meal planning.

Meghan is excited to join the SRB yoga team! Meghan is certified and insured as a 200HR yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance/Hatha Vidya and has experience teaching vinyasa, hatha yoga, and restorative yoga. When she’s not on her mat, Meghan is an actor, teacher, rock-climber, weight-lifter, and proud cat lady. Namaste!
