BOULDERING CLASSES


Intro to Bouldering

Stoked on climbing but not sure where to begin? Intro to Bouldering can help! This one-hour, small-group class is dedicated to helping new climbers (ages 16 and up only) feel at home in the gym. In addition to learning all the basics needed to get on the wall and climb while minimizing risk, you’ll learn technique to help you climb longer and progress faster.

Bouldering 201

Have you hit the "climbing plateau"? Want to work on specific routes or techniques? This class will give you a boost in your individual abilities, stretching, and training techniques; help you work through your climbing woes; and make you a more confident climber!

West schedule

Hangboard Clinic

Are you climbing regularly and feeling like you need that extra push in your strength training to keep progressing? Or do you just want to find out if hangboard training is right for you? During this class, you’ll learn how to start getting on the hangboard to bring your training game to the next level, all while minimizing risk of injury.

FITNESS CLASSES


Lady Rockers

Lady Rockers is a bi-weekly event to build community and share climbing skills! Lady Rockers is open to all people whose gender identities are less visible within the climbing community. 

  • Discounted $20 admission for non-members, which includes shoe and chalk rental

Vinyasa Yoga

Designed to alleviate stress, cultivate mindfulness, and build strength and flexibility, vinyasa yoga is a great compliment to climbing. Whether you're an experienced yogi or aren't quite sure what downward dog is, Autumn’s class will allow you to move in the way you need to start your morning. The most important thing is to learn how to listen to your body and see what transformations unfold.

Core Lab

This half-hour core conditioning class is designed to bust your core! We start with dynamic warm-ups for your hands, wrists, thoracic spine mobility, hips, core, and ankles. Tabata style exercises will be integrated to really get that core on! Great if you want to bring your overhang climbing to the next level, or if you just want a good core workout.
